From requirements to a manufacturable product, without handing your program between vendors.

We work across every layer a physical product needs — architecture, mechanical design, electronics, firmware, host software, and the manufacturing behind them — and we run all of it ourselves.

Design, fabrication, electronics assembly and test share one building. A change gets cut, built and measured the same day instead of going out to a vendor and coming back next week, and short production runs stay viable without clearing a contract manufacturer’s minimums.

Capabilities

Electronics and embedded systems

Mixed-signal and low-noise analog, and power architecture from microamp budgets through high-current rails. Bare-metal firmware in C/C++ on ARM microcontrollers. Telemetry over serial, CAN, Ethernet, BLE, ultra-wideband, LoRa, cellular, satellite and GNSS.

Mechanical design and fabrication

Mechanism and linkage design, pneumatics, enclosures, fixtures and tooling. Design for long unattended deployment, including potting, sealing and material selection against environmental attack. Machining, laser cutting and additive manufacturing on site.

Automation and motion control

Automated production machinery, closed-loop motion control, multi-axis machine design, and the handling mechanisms around them. Built to run in production rather than to demonstrate.

Software, vision and machine learning

Control backends, operator consoles and hardware-in-the-loop automation. Computer vision and visual tracking. Model training and deployment for on-device inference under power and memory constraint.

Test and measurement

Custom automated benches and fixtures, bring-up and bench debug. Root-cause analysis on systems that pass every test and still fail in service.

Manufacturing and IP

Design for manufacture and assembly, contract manufacturer management and supply chain. We hold multiple patents, and can advise on the freedom-to-operate and patenting process and on whether a result is better published or protected — questions worth settling alongside the engineering rather than after it.

Engagements

Whole program. Requirements definition through first working article and into production, with one point of ownership across every domain.

A subsystem. A board, a mechanism, a firmware stack or a control system inside a program somebody else is running.

Diagnosis and recovery. A system that works on the bench and fails in the field. A design that cannot be built at the price it needs. A measurement nobody trusts.

Feasibility. Scoped and priced on its own, before design money is committed: whether the thing is possible, what it would cost, and the cheapest experiment that would prove it is not.
